At the table
- Act in turn. Verbal action is binding.
- No string bets: chips go in in one motion, or say the amount first.
- A raise is at least the size of the previous bet or raise.
- One oversized chip with no word is a call.
- One player to a hand: no advice from anyone not in it.
- Cards speak. Table both cards to win the pot.
- All-in hands are turned face up once betting is over.
- Show one, show all.
- The odd chip in a split pot goes to the first winner left of the button.
- Misdeal if either of the first two cards is exposed; reshuffle and redeal.
- Away from the table: you’re dealt in and post blinds. Not back by the end of the deal, your hand is folded.
- Chips stay on the table, in view. No lending or trading chips.
- Phones off the table while you’re in a hand.
