Privacy Policy
Effective August 4, 2026
Final Table is a poker league management platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.
Information you give us
When you create an account we collect your email address. You can optionally add a display name, a phone number, and a mailing address to your profile — each of these is optional, and phone and address have their own visibility settings that control whether other members of your leagues can see them.
Your avatar is generated automatically from your account, not collected — we create a unique pattern for you rather than asking for a photo. You may replace it by uploading an image of your choice, which is stored in our file storage.
League organizers may add players to a league along with a name and optional email so those players can be invited and included in standings.
We also store the league data you enter: events, attendance and RSVPs, results and placements, season configuration, and league settings.
Analytics and session recording
We use PostHog to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, which features get used, and where people get stuck. This includes pageviews, clicks, and custom events tied to an anonymous identifier. Once you sign in, that identifier is associated with your account's internal ID. We do not send your email address or name to PostHog.
PostHog also records browsing sessions on the public pages of this site — the home, features, pricing, privacy, and sign-in pages. That recording captures page contents, mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling. What you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser — we see that a field was filled, not what was put in it. Recording is switched off entirely once you are inside the app: your leagues, events, members, standings, profile, billing, and all administrative pages are never recorded.
If you prefer not to be included, most tracker-blocking browser extensions will stop PostHog from loading, and the site works normally without it.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We keep a record of your subscription tier, billing interval, status, and invoice history so we can provide the service and show you your billing page.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to run the service:
- Supabase — account authentication, database, and file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Stripe — subscription payments.
- Brevo — transactional email such as invitations, RSVP reminders, and standings recaps.
- PostHog — product analytics and session recording, as described above.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme preference, and hold the anonymous analytics identifier described above. We do not use advertising cookies.
We send transactional email related to your leagues — invitations, RSVP reminders, event changes, standings recaps, and billing notices. League organizers control which of these their league sends.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. To delete your account, email us at privacy@playfinaltable.com and we will remove it for you.
When an account is deleted we erase the personal details on it — your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address — and your profile photo is removed from the account. Historical league results that other members rely on are retained in a de-identified form, shown as “Deleted User”, so that a league's past standings remain intact.
Analytics events and session recordings are held separately by PostHog and expire on its own retention schedule. Deleting your account does not immediately remove them, though they are no longer linked to an account that exists. If you want them removed sooner, say so when you write to us.
Children
Final Table is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile information at any time from your profile page, and you can control whether your phone number and mailing address are visible to other members of your leagues. Blocking analytics is a matter of using a tracker-blocking browser extension; the site works normally without it. To delete your account, request a copy of your data, or ask a privacy question, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Final Table after a change means you accept the updated policy.
